I’m very familiar with curriculum development and the process of writing lessons. Idea. Brainstorm. Research. Draft. Write. Repeat. 400+ Sunday School lessons between 2 large non-profit organizations.
Hope For One // 2019-2023
Over the span of 4 years I was team-lead on a project to produce a 5-year curriculum set for Hope for One. This project was completed in conjunction with HFO’s partner organization, Save a Child. My role was to review and provide feedback on all research and writing, and to serve as final editor for all 260 lessons.
I personally brainstormed, researched, and wrote 160 lessons, including 142 original illustrated stories.

Metro // 2008-2017
As head of the Education and Training Department:
I oversaw all curriculum development for the entire of Metro World Child, leading yearly brainstorming and writing sessions with teams of researchers, lesson writers and story developers. The curriculum produced was used in New York for ‘Sidewalk Sunday School’, as well as for all 13 of Metro’s international Sunday School locations.
Between 2008-2017, I personally brainstormed, researched and wrote over 230 lessons for ‘Indoor Sunday School’, with each lesson being taught in an auditorium filled with 800+ kids (x3 sessions).
I oversaw 2 large projects that consisted of publishing 2 sets of curriculum: Transformation Station Year 2 and Year 3.
