Answer: Sometimes you can know exactly what you want to work on or what needs to change in your Kids Ministry. Sometimes the training needed or the way forward is vague at best. Sometimes it’s just a big foggy mess!
A Strategy Session is beneficial because I’m here to listen to you and together we can evaluate where you’re at and determine what your goals and vision for your Kids Ministry are.
No only that, but I’ll follow up by providing some suggestions and strategy ideas that you can begin implementing that will help you build up your Kids Ministry and achieve your goals. Getting a unique strategy tailored for you is incredibly helpful!

Answer: On-Site Evaluation is a fantastic option for those who have a heart to build up their Kids Ministry or make important changes and improvements, but are unsure of what’s necessary or maybe even feel overwhelmed where to start with it all.
If I come in then I’m viewing things from a completely new perspective and a fresh set of eyes. I can see the forest and not just the trees because I’m not in the thick of things.
There’s something powerful about meeting in person, too. It involves a good cup of coffee and we get to sit down together while you tell me about your vision and goals for your Kids Ministry. Face to face meetings are really encouraging and helpful.
Plus, being physically present at your church and seeing how everything runs gives me a feel for the culture and people, which is beneficial when providing feedback, suggestions and strategy. You want feedback and a way forward that is specific to your church, your team and your kids.

Answer: It varies depending on what the scope of the evaluation is, which is unique to every church.
Step 1 is to start with a consult call together. Following that, I will build out an evaluation plan proposal for you that includes pricing.

Answer: This is one of my goals for the future - a DIY (Do It Yourself) option for training so that you can pick and choose workshops that are relevant to you and teach them to your own team.
These DIY training workshops will come with leader guides and presentation slides also.

Answer: Yes! Although I only speak English, I have led trainings in lots of different places with the assistance of a translator. This isn’t a problem at all (and is sometimes even more fun actually!).
Plus, it’s possible to send editable versions of training workshops ahead of time to ensure handouts and presentation slides are translated prior to training.
If you’re interested in some of the different trainings I’ve done in different places, feel free check out my Training Portfolio.
